At Green Lighting Wholesale, we strive for complete satisfaction with every fixture; however, if your order isn't quite right, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging, uninstalled, and in resalable condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the specific lighting items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer boxes, including all mounting hardware and instructions, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.
Ship to Warehouse
Send your package back to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method; we recommend insuring the shipment against damage during transit.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the fixtures, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
